Los Altos Chinese School Children’s Center is a non-profit organization that offers a year-round, 5-days/week, Chinese immersion program for preschool (3 & 4-year-olds) students in the Los Altos area. Nutritional snacks are provided daily and are included in the tuition. Half-day, full-day, and extended-day options available. Contact us to schedule a tour!
Our Philosophy
Los Altos Chinese School Children’s Center is a play-based preschool with an element of academics. We believe in developing cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills in order to create a well-rounded child. Our role as educators is to instill a love of learning in children as well as share our own values for learning with them. Children are naturally curious and need an environment that will allow them to explore and learn at their own pace.

Language
Our school offers a Mandarin immersion program with English circle times. We aim to provide a pleasant and natural environment where students can learn and enjoy Chinese.
Nutrition
We provide delicious and nutritional fruits to our kids twice a day. We encourage our kids to eat more fruits and vegetables.
Music
Music is a universal language. We introduce traditional Chinese music in our classes.
Art
Our art enrichment program encourages growth of important skills such as creative thinking, adaptation, problem-solving, innovation, and follow-through.
Math
Building mathematical skills help preschoolers solve everyday problems.
S.T.E.M
We guide and support children's wonder about the world--and provide the opportunities for children to acquire foundational STEM skills.
